Terms and condition
By registering for or attending any training course offered by ATC Training Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The course fees are as set out on the ATC Training Center website. The fees are non-refundable unless the course is cancelled by ATC Training Center.
If you cancel your course more than 10 business days before the start date, you will receive a full refund of your course fees. If you cancel your course less than 10 business days before the start date, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:
* The course is cancelled by ATC Training Center.
* You are unable to attend the course due to illness or other extenuating circumstances.
All course materials are the property of ATC Training Center and may not be reproduced or distributed without the prior written consent of ATC Training Center.
All intellectual property rights in the course materials and any other materials provided by ATC Training Center are owned by ATC Training Center. You may not use these materials for any purpose other than your own personal use.
You agree to keep all confidential information provided to you by ATC Training Center confidential. This includes information about the course materials, the course content, and the other participants in the course.
ATC Training Center shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your attendance at any course offered by ATC Training Center. This includes but is not limited to, any loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of personal injury.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ATC Training Center in relation to your attendance at any course offered by ATC Training Center. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and ATC Training Center in relation to such attendance.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and ATC Training Center.
ATC Training Center may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the ATC Training Center website.
